Standard pet beds trap heat. Polyester filling holds warmth, the dog gets up after twenty minutes, and ends up back on the tiles or the laminate — the coolest flat surface he can find. Which means the bed was a winter purchase that stops being useful in exactly the months you most want him settled and out from under your feet.

IceBed works the other way: the warmer he gets, the more it cools him.

The top layer is ice-silk fabric that absorbs body heat on contact and disperses it through the 3D honeycomb structure below. No electricity, no water, no gel packs to freeze. He lies down and within a couple of minutes the surface he's on is noticeably cooler than the one he left.

Why it works

Size guide — size up if in doubt

Reviews consistently say this bed runs small. If he's at the top of a size, take the next one up. Measure him stretched out from nose to tail and add 10cm.

XL — 75 × 50cm · fits most medium dogs and large cats
XXL — 90 × 60cm · large breeds, or a medium dog who spreads out
